In my experiences working in the industry, I have heard repeatedly that the quality of the RVs is the industry’s greatest challenge. And while quality is something that should always be at the forefront, the idea in the research I conducted was to quantify just how much of a problem quality is in the mindset of the consumer.
I would enjoy any discussion on the topic, including opposing views. This link does not include the actual figures as those have not been released publicly yet, but the idea at this point is to engage in a deeper discussion about the issues that impact the industry.
